All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) will start processing on Monday.
High demand items may require an additional 1-3 days to process.
After your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. All orders are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon delivery.
Depending on your location and selected shipping method, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is currently unavailable.
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the US.
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve high-demand products before they are back in stock. Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated shipping date. Orders will begin processing it as soon as the inventory becomes available.

Once an order is placed, it immediately begins processing to ensure timely shipping. As a result, order modifications including changes to the order details, payment information, and cancellations are not permitted.
