Refund policy

Effective: March 26, 2025

Laid with Luv Hair is committed to maintaining a safe and hygienic experience for our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions. All sales are final.

However, if there is an issue with your order such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order for assistance. We are happy to assist you with an exchange or refund in such cases.

Return to Sender Shipments

Laid With Luv Hair is not responsible for packages that are returned to sender due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed shipments.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment. Once we receive the returned package, we will contact you with instructions on how to pay for reshipping.

Please Note:

  • Refunds will not be provided for return-to-sender packages
  • If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a store credit (excluding shipping costs and a $25 restocking fee) will be issued
